How to Complete the Mr. Peeks Free Perk Easter Egg on Citadelle Des Morts
To complete this Free Perk Easter Egg, you will need to shoot 4 Mr. Peeks rabbit dolls found across the map. These rabbits will only appear after you activate Pack-a-Punch and must be shot in a specific order.
The first Mr. Peeks can be found in the room near the Hillside Rampart in the area where you find the Elemental Pop Perk Machine. Go to the southeast corner of the room and look through the window. From here you will be able to see Mr. Peeks dancing in the sky. Shoot the doll and he will teleport away.
Now, go to the Nature Path area to the east of the Town Square spawn room. Go into the barn near the Deadshot Daquiri Perk Machine. Inside the barn, look through a hole in the wall that is facing the northeast. Far in the distance sitting in a hole in the castle wall is Mr. Peeks. You can shoot the doll with any weapon but a sniper is the best way to see it. Shoot Mr. Peeks and he will teleport away.

Shoot the doll and he will dance and then disappear. You will then get a Random Perk that you currently don’t have equipped. This is a great way to get your last few Perks to avoid their high price tags.
