With a whole new crew and massive story implications for Black Ops 6 Zombies, players will want to get every bit of lore out of the new Terminus map. This can be done by collecting the Intel scattered all across this island prison. From recordings of a regretful scientist to teases of what might now reside in the Dark Aether, fans of the story both new and old will want to know how to get all of these collectibles. This guide will show players all Terminus Intel locations in Black Ops 6 Zombies.
All Terminus Intel Locations in Black Ops 6 Zombies
Terminus has 30 pieces of collectible Intel, divided into 3 categories: Audio Logs, Documents, and Artifacts. You can track these items in the “Zombies Intel” section of the Barracks tab of the lobby menu. Each piece of Intel comes with an in-game hint that can be found in the Zombies Intel menu. Some pieces of Intel are only found as part of the Main Quest on the map and it will be noted what step you need to be one to get the Intel to appear.
Audio Logs
There are a total of 16 Audio Logs in Terminus. These can be in the form of small tape recorders or radios hidden all across the map. When you interact with them, they will play a recording that you can stay and listen to. You can replay the audio in the “Zombies Intel” section of the Barracks tab of the lobby menu. Here is the breakdown of where to find all 16 Audio Log Intel on Terminus.
Code Words
Hint: During Main Quest
Despite being the first piece of Intel on the list, you need to make your way through the Main Quest to get this Audio Log to appear. After you get the Hard Drive, give it to Peck, and find Nathan in the Bio Lab, look at the southwest part of the central platform. There is a control console to the right of the AMP Generator that has this Audio Log on it.
Pleasing Results
Hint: First Sight
After powering on the first AMP Generator, go out the door to the left of the machine and then turn right. This Intel can be found on top of a blue barrel.
Working Theory
Hint: Personal Effects
Go to Living Quarters, the building with the Juggernog Perk Machine. There is a small table between some bunks on the lower floor of the building with this Audio Log on it.
Ship Manifest Destiny
Hint: Contol Yourself
This Intel is on the desk in the southwest corner of the bottom floor of the Control Center, the room that has The Armory and Stamin-Up Perk Machine
Food for Thought
Hint: Clean Plate Club
On the west side of the prison is the Mess Hall. This intel can be found on the counter to the right of the northern entrance.
Tougher Than She Looks
Hint: During Main Quest
This Audio Log will appear after you activate Pack-a-Punch. Follow the objective markers to all 3 AMP Generators and then jump into the water to raise the Incline Lift and Pack-a-Punch Machine out of the water. Once this is done, return to the spawn room. This can be done quickly for 500 Essence by using the Maglev elevator from the Bio Lab to the Holding Cells. This Audio Log is on a crate to the right of the elevator.
The Hard Way
Hint: Truth Be Told
Go into the Interrogation Rooms to find this Audio Log on a shelf directly to the left of the Quick Revive Perk Machine.
Surveyor Says
Hint: Temple Key Chain
Use a boat to reach the island known as Temple Island to the northwest of the prison. This Audio Log can be found next to a skeleton on the steps to the ruins facing the southeast.
Red Tape
Hint: Cave In
This Audio Log is to the right of the door that leads from the Sea Caves, the area with the Speed Cola Perk Machine, and Bio Labs.
Noble Purpose
Hint: Miner Concerns
Go into the Mining Tunnels, the area to the southeast of Bio Labs that has the PHD Flopper Perk Machine. To the right of the Gobblegum machine is this Audio Log.
Listen…
Hint: Reactive Location
Go to the Sea Tower and look at the railing that surrounds the Aether Generator at the center of the room. This Audio Log is on the northwest part of the railing.
Numbers and Faces
Hint: Totally Wrecked
Go to the Shipwreck at the west edge of the map and head to its northern edge. This is where the Wunderfizz machine will spawn after Round 25. Look on the blue barrel to the right of the machine to find this Audio Log.
Doctor’s Orders
Hint: Hear Here
This Audio Log is in the Communication building. Go to the top floor to find it on a desk under a computer monitor.
Damning Evidence
Hint: During Main Quest
This Intel will only appear after you defeat the Nathan boss fight. You will be told to go to the Shipwreck and get some Connector Nodes. You will find these in a secret area that you can only access by using a ladder under the ship. To the left of the bottom of this ladder is this Audio Log.
I Hope You’re Watching
Hint: Smell of the Sea
Look to the left of the Ammo Box on the Seaside Path to find this Audio Log on the base of a pillar holding up the Gun Platform.
Onboarding
Hint: Nightmare Fuel
Go to the Bio Lab. To the right of the Melee Macchiato Perk Machine is a medical station. This final Audio Log is next to a small monitor to the right of an operating table.
Documents
There are 9 Documents on Terminus. These pieces of Intel are small pieces of paper. Unlike Audio Logs, Document Intel can’t be read in-game. You can read each Document in full by going to Zombies Intel. Here is the breakdown of where to find all 9 Document Intel on Terminus.
On the Horizon
Hint: Ready. Aim.
This Document will only appear after you use the Aether Cannon Trap on the Gun Platform. When you purchase the Trap, this Document will drop to the ground beneath it. Be careful if you try to get this Intel while the Trap is one since it can pick you up and teleport you to a random part of the map.
What Have You Done?
Hint: During Main Quest. Flotsam
This Document can only be acquired after defeating Nathan and can be incredibly easy to miss. After the boss is defeated, go under the Sea Tower and look for some splashing water. This means that there are some fish in the area. Use an explosive to kill the fish. The dead fish will drop several rewards, one of them being the Document. You can kill fish for rewards at any point in the game but the Docuement will only appear after Nathan is defeated.

Hint: You Dig?
The next few Documents will require you to first get the Shovel item. Gameranx has a full guide on where to find all 4 Shovel locations that you can check out here but we will give you the basics here. This is where you will find all 4 Shovels:
- Outside the Sea Cave entrance.
- At the bottom of the Mining Tunnels.
- At the northern end of Castle Rock Island.
- At the southwest shore of Temple Island.
These Shovels let you dig in bone piles that are found in certain parts of the map and it is in these piles that you will find several Documents. For the first Document, go to Crab Island at the south edge of the map and start digging. Eventually, you will get this Intel.

This Intel is just like the previous one. Dig on Crab Island to find it.

Go to Temple Island and dig until you find this Intel.
Subject File #704
Hint: Dug Up
Go to Castle Rock Island on the east side of the Sea and dig through bone piles until you find this Document.
Uniquely Qualified
Hint: During But First, Coffee
Go back to the Guard Station and step outside to the area to the left of the AMP Generator. There is a nearby watchtower that looms over the area. Throw an explosive through the window to get this Document to fall to the ground for you to pick it up.
Last Minute Transfer
Hint: 3-Pointer
There is a blue trashcan next to the door to the Mess Hall on the east side of the building. Throw an explosive in the trashcan and this piece of Intel will pop out.
Innovative Technology
Hint: Sea Stack
Go to the Sea Tower. In the northeast corner of the structure, there is a computer with a stack of paper on top of it. Make sure the power is on and then shoot the papers. This final Document Intel will drop to the ground.
Artifacts
There are 5 Artifacts in Terminus. These are important items that can either be found on the map or represent the completion of an Easter Egg. These items can be things like machines needed for the Main Quest or simply just the map’s unique Wonder Weapon. Here is the breakdown of where to find all 5 Artifacts Intel in Terminus.
Hard Drive
Hint: During Main Quest
This Hard Drive is an important part of the Main Quest Easter Egg. To get it, you will need to get the Beamsmasher Wonder Weapon. We will cover how to get it in the Artifacts section later, so for now just know that once you have the Beamsmasher, you will need to find a specific Tentacle Trap. When a Tentacle Trap is used the first time, the vent that covers the Trap is destroyed. There is one Trap around the map that has the vent already destroyed even if you haven’t activated it. This is the Trap with the Hard Drive. Activate the Trap and then shoot the Tentacles with the Beamsmasher until the Hard Drive falls out. Pick it up and you will now have the Artifact.
Keycard
Hint: During Main Quest
After defeating Nathan, jump into the water directly beneath him to find this Keycard in the water.
DRI-11 Beamsmasher
Hint: During Main Quest
The Beamsmasher is the unique Wonder Weapon on Terminus. This Artifact Intel will be collected the first time you acquire the weapon, no matter the means. You have a random chance to get the weapon through the Mystery Box, though you can use the Wonderbar Gobblegume to get a 50/50 shot of getting either this weapon or the Ray Gun. You also have the chance to get this weapon in reward chests from S.A.M. Trials and lockers in the Armory. You might also get it for free from the Meteor Easter Egg.
While these methods all give you a random chance to get the Wonder Weapon, there is an Easter Egg quest that allows you to build the Beamsmasher. Gameranx has a full guide on how to Build the Beamsmasher on Terminus but we will provide a streamlined breakdown here. You will need to find 3 parts and bring them to a Workbench in the Research Office near the Rec Yard.
- EMF Fob: Get Dead Wire on any weapon and shoot 5 fuse boxes. The first 3 boxes are found by going up the Inclined Lift. The last two are in the Living Quarters above the AMP Generator and on the opposite side of this wall. Once all the fuse boxes are shot, the door to the Research Office will open. Inside is the zombified body of Anya Tonovsky. Shoot her and she will drop the EMF Fob.
- Multiphasic Resonator: With the EMF Fob acquired, go to the Sea Tower and open the case with the arm attached to it to find the Multphasic Resonator. Take it back to the Research Office and put it into the machine to the right of Tonovsky’s body. Now, turn on 3 laptops. One is found in the Storage Area, another is outside Communications, and the last one is at the top of the stairs that lead up from the Docks. Once they are all activated, go back to the computer the Resonator is plugged into. Cross-reference the symbols on the laptops with the left whiteboard to find what number each symbol represents. Then, plug these numbers into the equations on the right whiteboard to find the 3-digit code for the computer. You can also pay Peck 5,000 Essence to just be given the code to avoid doing the math. Once the code is entered, finish the round and pick up the Resonator.
- AMP Munition: Go to Castle Rock Island at the east edge of the map and place the Resonator under the blue orb. Wait for the orb to shoot a Zombie and then kill that Zombie. They will drop an energy ball that you need to pick up and bring to the orb. Repeat this until the orb leaves Castle Rock Island. Pick up the Resonator and go to the southern island, Crab Island. There is a green orb here. Place the Resonator under this orb and repeat the process that you performed on Castle Rock Island. Once the orb leaves, take the Resonator to Temple Island and repeat the process with the purple orb. Once you have delivered enough energy balls to this orb, the AMP Munition will spawn.
Bring all the parts to the Workbench in the Research Office to build the Beamsmasher.
Limb Regrowth Specimen
Hint: Black Lab
Go to the floor below the office, the highest floor of the Bio Lab at the north end of the area. At one of the workstations, you will find this photo which is an Artifact, the only one that isn’t tied to an Easter Egg.
Talisman
Hint: Dive! Dive!
This final Artifact is part of the Cursed Talisman Easter Egg. Gameranx has a full guide on how to track down this ancient relic, but we will give you the truncated version here. This is how you get the Talisman Artifact.
- Get the Melee Macchiato Perk to knock down the wall at the west end of the Sea Caves to meet Captain Greggs, a spectral pirate that inhabits a skeleton.
- To gain his trust, must find his Watch. Look at the map to the right of the skeleton and go to where the red “X” mark tells you to find the Watch. Once you have the Watch, return it to Greggs.
- You will now need to burn the bodies of his old crewmates. You can do this with a Thermo Grenade or Molotovs. Their skeletons can be found at the following locations:
- Castle Rock Island
- Shipwreck
- Temple Island
- When each of their bodies are ignited a powerful HVT Mangler will appear. Defeat the enemy and they will drop a Cursed Coin. Take the coin back to Greggs. Do this at all 3 bodies and deliver all the coins to complete this portion of the quest. Greggs will reward you with 3 Legendary-Tier weapons.
With all that done, follow the red X to Crab Island. Survive 3 rounds here and a treasure chest will appear between the Ammo Box and Wall Buy. Inside is the Cursed Talisman. Pick it up to collect the Artifact Intel.
