Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4 is named Shock ‘N Awesome, and the island is suffering from a bug infestation. Epic Games are calling in reinforcements with a One-Punch Man crossover, bringing themed skins and the new Saitama Medallion to Fortnite.
The Saitama Medallion can only be obtained in the Blitz mode, meaning it’s absent from battle royale modes. Since Epic Games removed all Chapter 6 Season 4 Medallions from the game, there remains no Medallions in battle royale modes.

How to get the Saitama Medallion in Fortnite
Once you’re in the battle bus of a Blitz match, open your map and locate the Capture Point on the island. It will appear as a flag icon, and it’s recommended that you land at the Capture Point, since there’s just one Saitama Medallion on the island.
When you’re at the Capture Point, you need to stay in the zone around the flag until it has been captured. Make sure you loot up, because the chances are that enemies will try and contest the location to snag the Medallion for themselves.
As soon as the Capture Point has been claimed, the Saitama Medallion will drop, along with two Exotic weapons. Add the Saitama Medallion to your inventory by interacting with it and you’ll have some serious power on your side. The Saitama Medallion grants faster movement speed and allows you to take out structures, player builds, and even opponents in just one swing of your pickaxe.
Despite the Saitama Medallion slowing down the swing speed of your pickaxe, the benefits outweigh this detriment. If you’re in close-quarter combat, a single hit of your pickaxe will take an enemy out of the game, while enemies hiding in buildings can easily be exposed using your pickaxe.
It wouldn’t be surprising if the Fortnite Saitama Medallion received a nerf, so be sure to try it out the next time you play Blitz.
