Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: The Order of Giants is the new DLC for the acclaimed adventure game starring our favorite archaeologist. This new story expansion kicks off with a new Fieldwork quest that will lead to the Rome region, where the DLC takes place. With the introduction of a new character, some plot setups, and a few Notes to find, I can break down how to complete this short quest. This guide will show players how to complete the A Mystery Begins Fieldwork in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: The Order of Giants.
A Mystery Begins Fieldwork Walkthrough in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle
YRhe “A Mystery Begins” Fieldwork is found in Vatican City and will begin once you install the DLC and load up the game. The only thing you are required to do to start the quest is to reach Vatican City. Go to the west end of the map and go south from the Blackshirts Barracks. The only thing you are required to do to start the DLC is to reach Vatican City. Go up the sloping path near the Captain and the guards. A man named Father Ricci and his parrot, Pio. Talk to the Father while wearing the Clergyman outfit to start this mission officially.
After the cutscene ends, Pio can be found nearby and will start to fly toward Father Ricci’s office. The bird will lead you to the scaffolding that is east of the Blackshirts Barracks. Use the ladder to start your climb up the scaffolding.
When you’re halfway up the scaffolding, look to your west and take a picture of the area behind the Blackshirts Barracks to get the Casina Pio IV Note for both the Fieldwork and The Order of Giants Adventure quest.
Continue up the scaffolding to find an open window at the very top of the structure. Hop through the window to enter Father Ricci’s office.
Once you go through the window, look to your left to find the Pasquinata Note for both the Fieldwork and The Order of Giants Adventure quest.
Look at the corner of Ricci’s desk with all the books on it. You will find the Father Borginino’s Letter Note for both the Fieldwork and The Order of Giants Adventure quest.
The Letter of Warning Note for both the Fieldwork and The Order of Giants Adventure quest is also found on his desk.
Go to the open window at the northwest corner of Ricci’s office. You can find the Research Note for both the Fieldwork and The Order of Giants Adventure quest sitting on the windowsill.
Under the note that you just picked up is Ricci’s Casina Key. se the nearby zipline to enter the now accessible Vatican Gardens.
You will need to sneak through the gardens to reach the Villa Pia door. This area is heavily guarded, so getting the Blackshirts Disguise is extremely useful and will also be very helpful during the DLC story. Go to the Villa Pia at the center of the area and use the key to unlock the front door to the Casina. Once you’re in the villa, you will complete the A Mystery Begins Fieldwork, and the “The Order of Giants” Adventure quest will officially start!
