The first Schedule 1 update opened the doors of the Pawn Shop, acting as the only way to sell unwanted items. This incredibly useful feature is being hindered by the fact that the NPC that is in charge of the store doesn’t appear inside. Here is how to fix the empty Pawn Shop bug in Schedule 1, so you can carry on with your business as usual.
The character that runs the Pawn Shop is Mick Lubbin. Interact with him behind the counter of the store to sell almost any item in the game. However, if he is not at the Pawn Shop, you’re unable to use his services to offload anything taking up valuable storage space.

How to fix empty Pawn Shop bug in Schedule 1
One reason why Mick may not be at his station in the Pawn Shop is because he is out meeting one of your dealers. If Mick is assigned to one of your dealers, he will leave the Pawn Shop to purchase products from them. If this is the case, you will have to remove Mick from your dealers.
To modify the customers assigned to your dealers:
- Press Tab on your keyboard to bring up your mobile phone
- Click on the Dealers app
- Go through the list of assigned clients
- If Mick is there, remove him from the list by clicking the cross next to his name
- Sleep to progress to the next day
After hitting the hay to progress to the next day, Mick should be behind the counter at the Pawn Shop. When you visit Mick, you can sell him illegal substances yourself, so you’re not losing a customer by taking him off your dealer’s caseload.
If the Pawn Shop is still empty, you can try reloading Schedule 1. Simply save the game at any save point that is by the door of your properties. From here, restart the game entirely and load up your save file. This is a common method used to fix the bug that stops your employees from working their assigned posts or prevents your dealers from selling drugs.
