Competition, the fourth chapter in Humanity, introduces the Others in Trial 01: The Other Side. The Others are a new obstacle that you’ll need to avoid as you solve the game’s puzzles. They’ll be featured prominently in the rest of the sequence, so this level serves as a tutorial and introduction for them.

Trial 01: The Other Side Puzzle Solution
When you first start this level in Humanity, you’ll be introduced to the Others, a new mechanic that will help define a lot of the levels you’ll be completing moving forward. The Others are lines of people that you cannot control that will absorb your line if they come in contact with one another. To complete the level, you’ll need to make it to the end goal without touching any of the Others.
Right off the bat, turn the line of people to the right to walk directly down the middle of the first section of the level so that they avoid touching all of the Others that surround the space.
Once you get past the first batch of Others, a new line of them will form and cut the level in half, blocking you from going forward. Turn your line to the right and have it walk over the small bridge on the far right side of the level so that they walk over the Others and avoid being touched.
As soon as you walk down on the other side of the ramp form the bridge that got you past the line of Others, turn your line to the left so that they avoid the second line of Others that immediately formed in front of you. Navigate your line around to the other side of the level to go over the line and avoid the Others.
Once you’ve safely navigated past the second line, turn your line so that they make it to the end goal and the level will be complete.
