Breath of the Wild - How To Solve All Shrines | Akkala Walkthrough

The Akkala Tower Region, one of the last (and totally optional) regions Link will visit in his adventures through Hyrule in Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, is stacked with odd shrine quests and challenging ascents. Most of the challenges here are unlocking the shrines themselves, because not a single one contains tricky puzzles. Well, as long as you don’t count those annoying motion-control “apparatus” shrines as tricky.

No, instead Akkala is about solving weird mysteries, defeating ancient dragons, or navigating massive mazes. Like in the Wasteland, Akkala is home to another enormous labyrinth complex. This one is even tougher — guarded by flying Guardians and Stalkers, you’ll have to weave through the find the way to the central shrine.

Other than quests, you’ll also have to deal with at least three powerful Guardian Scouts. Don’t even bother fighting these things until you’ve beefed up Link with enhanced armor. Royal Weapons found all over Hyrule Castle will help a lot against Mk. 4 Scouts, but even an low-level Link can best these things with the tips in the separate shrine sections below.
