Super Mario Odyssey: All 100 Purple Coins Locations

After saving the Princess and defeating Bowser, Mario gets to relax with a leisurely return to the Mushroom Kingdom, the last true level of Super Mario Odyssey. The rolling hills, gardens, woods and ponds of the Mushroom Kingdom hide a grand total of 100 purple coins, and there’s yet another awesome outfit to purchase at the crazy cap. This time you can get a Super Mario 64 low-poly costume.

It’s the perfect outfit for exploring this playfully retro level, obviously themed after the opening hub world area of Super Mario 64 — with a whole bunch of new stuff to check out, including a Yoshi to capture! You don’t just ride Yoshi, you get to live the Yoshi life, slurping up food and gaining a flutter jump. It’s easy to miss some of the coins in this surprisingly elaborate level, so scroll down and check out the gallery for extra aid.

Odyssey Landing Zone

4 Coins: On the fountain near the Odyssey.
3 Coins: On the rocky hill behind the Odyssey.
3 Coins: On the hill, southeast of the fountain.
3 Coins: Under the bridge near the fountain square.
3 Coins: On the west edge of the map, between three trees.
3 Coins: Above a yellow mushroom, left of the bridge and down the stream from the fountain square bridge.

Peach’s Castle Main Entrance

3 Coins: Right on the main road to the castle.
3 Coins: Left of the main road to the castle, on the roof of the tower.
3 Coins: On a ledge beneath the tower on the eastern edge of the map.
3 Coins: On the eastern perimeter of the garden, right of the castle.
3 Coins: On the northeastern edge of the main map.
3 Coins: On the northern edge of the garden, right of the castle.
2 Coins: Above a tree, at the campsite north of the garden.
3 Coins: Under the castle bridge.
3 Coins: Along the northwest edge of the map.
3 Coins: On the west edge of the map, floating off the ledge. Hang from the dirt path to collect these coins.
3 Coins: On the roof of the castle, behind the central tower.
3 Coins: Behind Peach’s throne, inside the castle interior.
3 Coins: At the camp, northeast of the castle. Look under the pond.
2 Coins: Floating above the tree west of the castle flag.
4 Coins: In the underground tunnel, west of the castle.
