Black Ops 4 Zombies: Alpha Omega - Summon Killer Mannequins & Get A 5th Perk

Nuketown returns in Black Ops 4 Zombies, and it brings a classic Easter egg back from the dead. If you complete a lengthy process, you can summon an entire swarm of rampaging Mannequin zombies — they’re tougher, stronger, and faster than normal zombies too. If you manage to survive their onslaught, you’ll find yourself with a fifth perk. In standard play, you’re stuck with a total of four, so it isn’t a bad reward at all.

The problem is surviving. You’ll want to be very prepared before triggering the mannequin apocalypse. These rampaging robots are crazy-powerful, and putting them down is a real challenge. Summon Killer Mannequins & Get A 5th Perk | Easter Egg Guide

To summon a swarm of killer mannequins, you need to complete a weird challenge — you have to shoot off every mannequin head on the map. All of them. There are a whole lot of mannequin heads here, so tracking them all down is going to take a lot of time — also, this only works in online mode without mutations.

After shooting the heads off ALL the mannequins, new enemies will start to spawn in the next wave. They’re all mannequins — like zombies, but faster, tougher and stronger. You’ll get overwhelmed and swarmed fast, so it helps to have the bomb monkey from the Mystery Box. Pack-a-Punch weapons are absolutely required.

If you manage to defeat the wave and survive, you’ll be rewarded with a fifth perk.
