Amiibo support extends to the Nintendo Switch, and Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is the first Switch title to really take advantage and reward fans. Every single amiibo generates specific rewards, and it’s going to take several scans to get everything you want.
There’s a random chance certain amiibo will drop unique rewards you can’t get anywhere else — it can take several days of scanning to get a special outfit for Link. With that in mind, we’ve put together a list of everything amiibo will drop in Breath of the Wild.
Yes, it’s possible to get doubles. That’s great, because rare armor sells for big bucks in-game. Scanning amiibo can net you plenty of gems, extra swords, more arrows, and rare materials. The more you scan, the more you can sell, keep, or ignore. You’re free to scan all your amiibo daily, and we recommend you do for all the sweet, sweet prizes that fall from the sky.
Amiibo Rewards List
NOTE: Each individual amiibo can be scanned daily. You’ll get a random assortment of items, so you might not get the best gear drop your first time. Legend of Zelda amiibo drop the best stuff — but you’ll still get loot from regular amiibo too. Mostly just random materials and meat.
