Super Mario Odyssey: All 50 Purple Coins Locations | Moon Kingdom

November 29, 2017 by Kevin Thielenhaus

Take one giant step for Mario-kind as we explore and collect all 50 hidden purple coins in the last level of Super Mario Odyssey.

Enjoy a low-gravity adventure on the final stage of Super Mario Odyssey as we circle around to find all 50 missing purple coins. Getting them all will win you one of the best outfits in the game — a spacesuit for Mario! It’s perfect for completing the secret final challenge stages; the Dark Side of the Moon and the Darker Side of the Moon. You’ll need to search every corner of the moon surface, but a good chunk of the regional currency are hidden deep below.

Much of the Moon Kingdom is set in the lava-filled underground caverns, where you’ll have to capture flying skeleton koopas, dodge Bullet Bills, weave through invisible paths, and tackle rocks with Footballers. One particular set of purple coins looks completely impossible to collect — remember, the tank shots from Sherms can collect coins and regional currency if you aim carefully.
