You don’t need to be a detective to solve Dartmoor, the second Suit Only mission we’re covering in Hitman 3. There’s only one target to assassinate, making this the easiest SASO in the entire game. Once you unlock the shortcut ladder to Zachary’s Balcony, Agent 47 can easily reach Alexa’s office on the top floor of the mansion.

There’s no need to save multiple times — this is almost foolproof. There are multiple ways to take out your target, but using an Accident Kill is the easiest for a Silent Assassin rank.

Before attempting this Silent Assassin, Suit Only run, unlock the Balcony Ladder shortcut with a crowbar — you’ll find it on the balcony of Zachary’s room.

Objective: Get The Case File
Before getting Alexa, let’s grab the case file. Start the mission and reach the east side of the manor. The gardeners won’t notice you — they’re busy looking at the ground. Outside the Kitchen, collect a crowbar near the green van, then continue to the shortcut ladder to enter Zachary’s Room in Level 2 of the manor house.
Inside his room, use the bookshelf switch to unlock the Secret Room. Go through, and open the door to the hallway. Climb out the window to the right as you leave the Secret Room and climb the pipe to reach Alexa Carlisle’s Office.
While the office is clear, nonlethally subdue the one guard and hide the body. Now just solve the case — use the office chair button and input the code 1 – 9 – 7 – 5. Grab the case file to complete your first objective.

Now that we’re in Alexa’s Office, go upstairs to the top level and wait for Alexa to return. When she returns, use your silenced pistol to shoot the hanging antler chandelier. No tricky timing or distractions required — the guard will split off from Alexa when he enters the office so you don’t have to worry about hurting any non-target NPCs.
And that’s it! Exit through the pipe and shortcut ladder. Just use the ledge to reach the balcony shortcut — you don’t need to use the Secret Room to return to the ladder.
