Fortnite: Where to Find and Dance With Chrome Punk | Challenge Guide

October 20, 2022 by Lauren Sayles

Chrome Punk has joined the island.

Fortnitemares is back for 2022 and the island has just got a whole lot spookier. This year, you can fight off Cube Monsters and even turn into a wolf and get Howler Claws. This mythic weapon is able to deal a lot of damage with a four-combo melee attack and you’ll even be able to air slash with a double jump that will deal damage upon landing. If that wasn’t enough, equipping the Howler Claws grants you a Wolfscent ability, allowing you to track nearby enemies. As always, new quests will be made available throughout Fortnitemares to give you a chance to rack up XP and grab some free cosmetics. One of the latest Fortnite challenges asks you to dance with Chrome Punk, an NPC that’s new to the island.

This year, Fortnitemares will be packed with quests as two will become available every day for a total of 14 days. By completing five quests, you’ll unlock the Everything’s End Glider, 13 quests the Chrome Cage Back Bling, and completing 25 quests will unlock the Unmaker Pickaxe.

Where to find and dance with Chrome Punk in Fortnite

There are various NPCs you can meet in Chapter 3: Season 4. Chrome Punk can be found roaming around the Flutter Barn point of interest. Chrome Punk is dressed in black with a splash of Chrome and has a shiny Chrome pumpkin head. Firstly, approach Chrome Punk and interact with them. While you’re there, you can take a look at what items are on offer for you to buy from them. Once the interaction is over, you can then open up your emote wheel and dance in front of Chrome Punk. Keep performing emotes until the challenge has been marked as complete.

Ticking off the Fortnite challenge tasking you with dancing with Chrome Punk will give your battle pass a 15,000 XP boost. Also, each challenge you complete will see you progress towards getting your hands on the Fortnitemares cosmetics.
