How to play the Kill Order mode in Black Ops 6
Kill Order is a 6v6 respawn mode where each team will have a High Value Target, also known as the HVT. Everyone scores points for earning eliminations, but taking out the enemy HVT will bank your team the most points. When the HVT is killed, somebody else will be randomly assigned the role of the HVT.
The HVT will score extra points for earning eliminations, while also having extra utility. Although the HVT will be marked on the map, they have a constant UAV which shows the position of every opponent and armor plates for extra protection.
A Face Off Kill Order variant is on the way, following the same rules as regular Kill Order. As is the case with all Face Off modes, combat will take place on small scale maps and scorestreaks are disabled.
The Black Ops 6 beta features the Kill Order mode as part of the core playlist, so you can try the mode out now. Then, the mode will be available with the full launch of Black Ops 6 on October 25, 2024.
