It’s time to reconnect with your old pal Dr. Hayden in DOOM Eternal. The ARC Complex, one of the final vestiges of the human resistance, is under attack by demonic forces, and only the Doomguy can save his former ally on Mars. Once the leader of the UAC, Hayden has swapped jobs and now serves ARC, an organization dedicated to saving humanity on Earth from the hellish hordes.
And there are loads of collectibles in this huge level. Once again, the collectibles are getting trickier to find. You’ll need to smash cracked walls, explore hidden corners, and check your map often to find what you’re looking for. There’s a lot to miss, so let’s go through all the secrets in order from beginning to end.

How Collectibles Work In DOOM Eternal:
There are many different types of collectibles in DOOM Eternal: Automaps, Runes, Praetorian Points, Weapon Mods, Albums, Cheat Codes, Toys, Sentinel Crystals and Sentinel Batteries. Every level features an Automap, but not every level will have albums, toys, cheat codes, or Slayer Keys.
Basically, there are a ton of different collectibles, and below I’ll list where to find them all — in order from the beginning of the level to the end. Levels in DOOM Eternal are much more linear, so as long as you follow along, getting every collectible is easy.
- NOTE: To make finding collectibles easier, select the “?” Praetorian Suit upgrade for 3 points — it will cause every collectible location to appear on your map.

M6: ARC Complex – Collectibles Locations:
Toy – Mancubus: After dropping down the elevator shaft, you’ll land in a hallway. Enter the room where the Mancubus busts out to find this guy.
Praetor Point: Getting a glimpse of the attack on the ARC Complex from the giant windows, travel down into the hallway where another series of enemies will attack. Before jumping above the crashed ship, turn around and find a cracked storefront glass you can break through.
Automap: In the Convention Center where you first encounter the Cyber Mancubus. Found right next to the Slayer Gate on the upper floor, past the broken window that leads to the yellow pole.
Weapon Mod: Located up the stairs from the Cyber Mancubus, near where the glass breaks and reveals a yellow pole in the Convention Center.
Toy – Cueball: From the upper floor of the Convention Center, go to the wrecked skywalk and double dash across to a small room with two collectibles.
Sentinel Battery: Located right next to the Cueball Toy.
Slayer Key: From the destroyed sky walk in the upper level of the Convention Center, jump to the soft wall between the two wrecked bridge ledges. Climb up and you’ll be able to jump to this Slayer Key.
Slayer Gate: Very close to the Slayer Key in the Convention Center. You’ll find it at the top floor, across from the wrecked bridge.
Cheat Code – IDKFA: Leaving the main convention center, you’ll need to swing on a yellow pole. Ahead, you’ll encounter enemies popping out of the floor. Look down in the hole to find this cheat.
Codex: Up the steps from the cheat, there’s a large window with a computer terminal to the right. Use it to get this codex entry.
Weapon Mod: Continue down the hallway from the Codex to find a cracked wall. Smash it open to reveal the path to this Weapon Mod.
Codex: Later, you’ll have to jump out of one building and drop down into another. When you land, jump left over rubble to find a cracked wall. Climb the stairs to find this codex.
Sentinel Crystal: Exit the stairwell with the codex to reach a hidden room with this Sentinel Crystal.
Praetor Point: Climbing through the building, you’ll reach a hologram past a Hell Knight. The point is right behind her. This is right before jumping and climbing into the crash airplane.
Codex: On the second floor of the burning building where you’ll have to climb the giant staircase, you’ll find this Codex in the ruined main section on a ledge overlooking the Secret Encounter.
Praetor Point: From the codex, double jump to this point next to a Secret Encounter.
Secret Encounter: Found in the burning building, easily visible when you first enter the area. Just go to the second floor and dash across the gap.
Toy – Whiplash: On the third floor of the burning building, look left for a small passage through the rubble.
Rune: Continuing further into another burning building, you’ll have to drop down through a small hole in the floor past a Mancubus encounter. There’s a Rune collectible straight ahead once you drop down.
Codex: In the restaurant where you’ll fight a huge horde of enemies — complete with a kitchen, there’s a checkout counter in the corner with a codex behind the desk.
Sentinel Battery: After firing the first turret and destroying the right tentacle, you’ll drop down to an underground facility. The battery is in the small corner office down the hallway.
Codex: Riding the elevator down to a boiler room, look in the corner behind the machinery.
Praetor Point: Leaving the boiler room, you’ll exit back into a hallway past the wreckage. The point is just to your right.
Rune: Past the Pinky Demon, the floor will collapse under you. Turn left and jump over the rubble to get this rune.
Sentinel Battery: In the underground sewer filled with purple sludge, you’ll have to swing and dash to reach a small platform to exit the room. You basically can’t miss this battery.
Codex: Leaving the purple sewage, you’ll reach a maintenance hallway filled with electricity. Down the hall, enter the small office and press the button inside. Then return down the hall — the door is now unlocked.
Album – Quad Machine (Quake II): In the secret maintenance room unlocked from the office button, jump down near the codex to find a lower area with a hidden album in the corner.
Secret Encounter: Opposite the album hiding spot, there’s a Secret Encounter.
Album – Intro (Quake II): Once you destroy both tentacles with the giant turrets, you’ll drop into a two-floor parking garage. On the upper floor, there’s an optional room with a log entry and a collectible.
Praetor Point: Just to the left of the parking garage exit, down a dead end hallway.
