LEGO Force Awakens: Chapter 7 – All Collectibles Guide

June 29, 2016 by Kevin Thielenhaus

On PC, PS4, Xbox One & WiiU: Finn gets to join the Resistance (for real this time) in Chapter 6 of our collectibles guide.

LEGOTFA-8

Prepare for the Resistance assault on Starkiller Base with General Organa and pals in Chapter 7 of LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens, then uncover all those valuable collectibles with our extended locations guide.

Before arriving on the snowy First Order planet, Finn needs time to check out the rebel’s new digs. The Resistance Base is a pretty nice place, and it is packed with secret puzzles to solve, LEGO objects to smash, and Rebel Troops to command. Building droids and model star ships will earn you minikits, while the silly Super Slap red brick is available in the Hangar’s upper levels. Find those collectibles and more with the full chapter guide.

Chapter 7: The Resistance – All Collectibles Guide | Red Bricks & Minikits Locations

Always replay stages on FREE PLAY to swap characters and access all areas of the level. There are 10 minikits and 1 Red Brick located in every story level. These levels can be replayed as often as you like, and no collectibles can be missed. Finding all ten minikits unlocks a new vehicle for purchase.

Minikit #1:

  • Location: In the large room where you start the stage, move toward the foreground and check left for a LEGO crate featuring the red dotted outline signifying you’ll need a lightsaber to cut the surface open. Put the hopping bricks together to get your first minikit.

Minikit #2:

  • Location: See the terminal in the background to the left of the quadruple orange grapple anchors? Go unlock it by matching the symbols. Any Rebel with access can use these terminals. Ignore the Resistance soldiers and enter their room, breaking the LEGO objects inside with Dark Force powers. Break all three to reveal the hopping bricks that construct the second minikit.

Minikit #3:

  • Location: Pull the orange grapple anchor point on the Resistance Transport that’s easily visible along the left wall of the first room in this stage. Put together the pieces to create a droid — you’ll need to construct three hidden droids to earn this minikit. The second droid is further in the stage, to the left of the large door that almost looks like three “X” marks lined up. The third is far in the foreground of the same door. Use the Resistance terminal to get the parts.

Minikit #4:

  • Location: Continue into the level until you reach the Protocol Droid terminal to open a door with ice-y, freezing fog. Enter the room and use the Flametrooper’s fire attack to melt the ice-covered minikit in the corner.

Minikit #5:

  • Location: In the command center area, look in the back-right corner with all the LEGO computers. Hook BB-8 onto the panel mounted on the wall in this corner to turn the holographic minikit into a real one.

Minikit #6:

  • Location: Moving into the Resistance Hangar section of the stage, reach the upper floor and use the BB-8 panel on the left, near one of the large landscape-style battle planning screens. You’ll get hopping bricks that form a minikit for providing power to the plug.

Super Slap Red Brick

  • Location: Moving across the upper level balcony of the Resistance Base, look for glowing white cracked walls. Break the wall with any large character to reveal an access hatch. Enter it with a short character like an Ewok.

Minikit #7:

  • Location: In the area with the trapped Resistance troops under the blue glowing wires, check the right corner for a jumble puzzle. Use a Force User character to solve the puzzle and earn that minikit.

Minikit #8:

  • Location: After freeing the troopers in the same room as Minikit #7, check behind the green LEGO object in the center where the soldiers were once trapped.

Minikit #9:

  • Location: Destroy every LEGO object in this room to construct three spaceships to get a minikit — the first is found with the trapped soldiers, the second near the ice cream, and the third further left.

Minikit #10:

  • Location: At the end of the stage, climb to the upper platform on the left side to find agility poles. Use any character that can swing on poles to cross over and grab the final minikit for this chapter.
