With that being said, you do have the freedom to banish NPCs from your village whenever you please. There are many reasons why you may want to free up some villager slots. How to kick NPCs from your village in LEGO Fortnite
To remove a villager from your LEGO Fortnite world, all you have to do is locate their bed and destroy it. This can be done with a few hits from your pickaxe which will remove the bed entirely and drop wood. An icon will then appear above the villager who’s bed you destroyed, resembling a bed with a red cross beside it.
By interacting with the relevant NPC, they’ll tell you that they’re thinking of leaving your village because they don’t have a bed. They will then depart from your village after five in-game days.
If you change your mind and don’t want the villager to leave, you can make them a brand new bed and they’ll stick around. However, this must be done before the five in-game days are up.
