October 25, 2023 by Lauren Sayles

A cold-blooded killer joins the island.

Fortnitemares was reintroduced for 2023 with new challenges to complete, the return of the Horde Rush limited-time mode, fresh additions to the loot pool, and so much more. This season hasn’t been short on crossovers, with Khaby Lame featuring in the Chapter 4 Season 4 battle pass, Alan Wake arrived, and many more. The latest crossover has seen Michael Myers join Fortnite and if you’re interested in playing as the horror icon, here’s everything you need to know.

At the beginning of Fortnitemares, Epic Games announced that Michael Myers would be joining the island later on in the celebrations, but didn’t give fans a specific date to look forward to. On October 24, the cold-blooded killer made its way into the game, along with a pickaxe, emote, and back bling.

  • Slasher pickaxe

In addition, you can buy the items separately. The Michael Myers skin and Jack-O-Lantern back bling is priced at 1,500 V-Bucks, the Live from Haddonfield emote costs 500 V-Bucks, and the Slasher pickaxe on its own has an 800 V-Bucks price tag.
