February 7, 2024 by Lauren Sayles

A new way of defending yourself.

A new weapon has joined LEGO Fortnite with the latest update and it’s a Hunting Dagger. If you enjoy slaying through the various enemies that roam around the open-world of LEGO Fortnite, you’ll want to craft a Hunting Dagger and have it handy on your adventures.

The introduction of the Hunting Dagger is the main aspect of the v28.20 update. New LEGO styles have rolled out too, as well as various bug fixes.

How to craft a Hunting Dagger in LEGO Fortnite

The Hunting Dagger comes in four rarities which depend on how much you’ve upgraded your Crafting Bench and what materials you’ve acquired.

  • Common Hunting Dagger (Level 1 Crafting Bench) – Unlock the recipe for the Common Hunting Dagger by adding a Bone to your inventory.
  • Uncommon Hunting Dagger (Level 2 Crafting Bench) – Unlock the recipe for the Uncommon Hunting Dagger by adding a Cut Amber to your inventory.
  • Rare Hunting Dagger (Level 3 Crafting Bench) – Unlock the recipe for the Rare Hunting Dagger by adding a Cut Ruby to your inventory.
  • Epic Hunting Dagger (Level 4 Crafting Bench) – Unlock the recipe for the Epic Hunting Dagger by adding a Cut Sapphire to your inventory.

Here are the recipes for each rarity of dagger.

  • Common Hunting Dagger – 6 Granite and 4 Bones.
  • Uncommon Hunting Dagger – 6 Marble and 4 Cut Amber.
  • Rare Hunting Dagger – 6 Obsidian Slabs and 4 Cut Ruby.
  • Epic Hunting Dagger – 6 Malachite Slabs and 4 Cut Sapphire

The Common Hunting Dagger is capable of dealing just two damage, but that number increases by one with each rarity, all the way up to the Epic Hunting Dagger which does five damage.

Now you know how to craft a Hunting Dagger in LEGO Fortnite, you can try out the weapon for yourself.
