Kay Noh Shrine – Power of Electricity

Find the shrine just above the Gerudo Canyon Stable. You’ll encounter it on your way to the desert from the narrow canyons. Very close to the Gerudo Desert Gateway landmark.

The first puzzle demonstrates what you need to know. Place the orb from the pedestal into the input pad to open the gate. When both crystals (and power lines) glow green, you’re good to go.

In the second room, take care of the Scout Guardian on the right and shoot down the orb with a bow. Cut the rope, then use Magnesis to place the orb on the empty input. That activates the conveyor belt and pushes the stone block to create a bridge. Grab the Small Key from the chest to open the locked door.

In the third room, you’ll see that metal blocks conduct electricity in a small vicinity when in water. The left conduit is powered, but the right conduit it not. Move the electrified metal block closer to the second block to connect the power and complete the circuit.

  • Optional Chest: Don’t miss this chest. It’s directly above the third room entrance.
