After completing the story, there’s a whole island to explore in The LEGO Ninjago Movie Video Game. Sections of the island can only be unlocked after collecting a certain number of gold bricks, and gold bricks aren’t exactly easy to earn. You’ll need to finish quests, find them around the environment, or beat races.
There are dozens of races across the 10 exploration zones on Ninjago Island. While most of them aren’t too difficult, you will have to expend a little brain power and memorize which directions to take. If you need more time, and want to move faster — basically, making these challenges super easy and totally trivial — you’ll need to unlock one particularly powerful character.

How To Beat Every Race Easily
To make races a complete joke, all you need is a very specific character — Acronix — and use his special power to cheese races. He runs incredibly fast when hold down [B / Circle]. Essentially, playing as Acronix makes every race super, super easy. Here are the full step-by-step instructions.
- Complete the story up to The Dark Ravine to unlock the Dark Swamp Dojo.
- Beat the Dark Swamp Dojo challenge to unlock the special character Acronix.
- With Acronix selected, hold [B / Circle] to run super fast.
- Complete every race, easily.
Races are unlocked in every Free Play zone after completing the campaign. You’ll be alerted on the number of races remaining, and the number of races that have been unlocked. Use this quick method, and all the races will be super easy.
