Marvel Snap: What Can You Get in the Collector’s Cache?

December 13, 2022 by Bryn Gelbart

Marvel Snap has made changes to what drops you can find in the Collector’s Caches. Boosters are out and Tokens are in.

Once you reach Collection Level 500 in Marvel Snap, the reward structure of the game changes. Now, instead of getting Boosters, Gold, and cards at certain levels, each of these drops is replaced with a Collector’s Cache. This will be your new way to get more boosters, cards, and credits. But what does this mean and what kind of drops can you get from the Collector’s Cache?

Recent changes to the currency system in Marvel Snap have made this shift even more complicated. The addition of the Token Shop and Collector’s tokens are a confusing, but necessary step going forward. Here’s what you need to know about the Collector’s Cache.

Collector’s Cache Rewards

While the amount you receive is random, there are a handful of rewards that the Collector’s Cache will drop. You will either get a random amount of gold, credits, a new card, or Collector’s Tokens. That last currency is a new one and the important one to explain here.

As of the latest season update, Marvel Snap has added Collector’s Tokens to the list of rewards players can get from the Collector’s Caches that they unlock by leveling up Collection Level. You used to be able to earn Boosters to level up cards through the Collector’s Cache, but that is no longer the case. These new tokens have replaced Boosters in an attempt to speed up the process of procuring more cards once you hit level 500.
