Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone Season 2 is just around the corner and Activision has shared some details on what we can expect from the huge content drop. A range of new modes will join multiplayer, keeping the experience fresh. One of the modes that will make its Modern Warfare 3 debut is known as Team Gun Game and it’s sure to put your gun skill to the test.
Team Gun Game is an adaptation of the iconic Gun Game mode which fans know and love. Gun Game was first introduced to the franchise back in 2010 with the arrival of Call of Duty: Black Ops. Although it has appeared in numerous titles since, it has never been a team-based mode, but that’s all about to change in Season 2.

How to play Team Gun Game in Modern Warfare 3
As the name suggests, standard free-for-all rules won’t be active in Team Gun Game, but matches take place with base Team Deathmatch rules in effect, along with some differences. Each player begins the match with the same specific weapon and you need to eliminate enemy players as a team to progress through a set of eight predetermined weapons.
Once you rack up enough points, all teammates spawn with the next weapon simultaneously, with ten team kills per gun progression and five for the final weapon. Also, prevent your opponents from scoring with melee kills and finishing moves which deduct 1 point from the enemy team. The first team to hit 75 points will be crowned the winners.
