Released with Genshin Impact Version 4.1, the Tome of the Eternal Flow is specifically built for Neuvillette. It is both Neuvillette’s signature weapon and his best weapon in the game. So far, the Tome of the Eternal Flow is the only 5-Star Catalyst that boosts both HP and Charged Attack DMG.

However, you need a careful balance when using the Tome. You should try to avoid having a Shield Support and focus on having a good Healer. The Tome provides buffs based on when the user gains and loses HP.
This Catalyst is best for a Main DPS – they should spend a significant amount of time on the field for the HP buffs to kick in, but also rely on Charged Attacks for their damage. Characters like Yanfei, the Wanderer, and Klee would take advantage of the Tome’s CRIT DMG and Charged Attack buff.
Weapon Skill – Aeon Wave
The Tome of the Eternal Flow automatically increases the wielder’s HP by 16%. When the wielder’s HP increases or decreases, their Charged Attack DMG will increase by 14% for 4 seconds. This buff can stack up to 3 times and can be triggered once every 0.3 seconds.
Additionally, when the wielder has 3 of the above stacks, or the duration of a third stack refreshes, they regenerate 8 Energy. Energy restoration can be triggered once every 12 seconds.
Refinement
With each Refinement level, the HP buff increases by 4%. Additionally, the Charged Attack DMG buff increases by 4% per Refinement, and the Energy restoration increases by 1 per Refinement.
Overall, at R5, the Tome of the Eternal Flow will increase the wielder’s HP by 32%, increase Charged Attack DMG by 30%, and restore 12 Energy when the right conditions are met.
