Fu Xuan is a Quantum Support character who specializes in damage splitting and healing. Introduced during the first portion of the Xianzhou Luofu Trailblaze Mission, Fu Xuan recently became playable with Version 1.3 of Honkai: Star Rail.

To get the most out of Fu Xuan, focus on upgrading her Skill and Talent Traces first. Her Skill activates her damage splitting, something you will rely on if you forego a shielder. Fu Xuan’s Talent decreases your team’s overall incoming damage and heals Fu Xuan.

Skill – Known by Stars, Shown by Hearts
Fu Xuan activates the Matrix of Prescience, distributing 65% of all team members’ incoming damage to Fu Xuan for 3 turns. While affected by the Matrix, all team members gain the Knowledge effect. This effect increases team members’ CRIT Rate by 6% and Max HP by 3% of Fu Xuan’s Max HP. When Fu Xuan is knocked down, the Matrix of Prescience will end.
Ultimate – Woes of Many Morped to One
Fu Xuan inflicts Quantum DMG equal to 60% of her Max HP to all enemies. Additionally, Fu Xuan gains 1 trigger count for the HP Restore effect granted by her Talent.
Talent – Bleak Breeds Bliss
When Fu Xuan is still active in combat, she can apply Misfortune Avoidance for the entire team. This effect decreases allies’ incoming damage by 10%. Additionally, when Fu Xuan’s current HP falls below 50%, her HP will be restored by 80% of the amount she is currently missing. This effect cannot be triggered if Fu Xuan receives a killing blow. The Talent possesses 1 trigger count by default and can have a maximum of 2 trigger counts.

Technique – Of Fortune Comes Fate
All team members receive a Barrier that lasts 20 seconds. This Barrier can block all enemy attacks and prevent your team from entering battle after an attack. If you enter battle while the Barrier is active, Fu Xuan will automatically activate the Matrix of Prescience at the start of the battle. Matrix of Prescience will last for 2 turns.
