Metro Exodus: All Collectibles Locations Guide | Chapter 9: Autumn

February 20, 2019 by Kevin Thielenhaus

The final short mission has an easy-to-miss collectible. Here’s where to find it.

Take one last trip to the Aurora in Metro Exodus and get an easy-to-miss collectible. Things are looking bleak at this point in the story, and most of the Aurora will be blocked off until you’ve completed the mission briefing. Just remember that you can choose to leave at any point by interacting with the map screen. Don’t rush! More of the train can be explored after you speak with Miller and the rest of the Spartan Order.

This is also your last chance to talk to the various characters on the train. Depending on the choices you’ve made, there might only be a handful of soldiers left. If you managed to save all three soldiers at the end of the major story chapters, you’ll have a pretty full train with plenty of conversations to listen to. Don’t worry — you don’t need to save everyone to get the good ending. But you do need to save at least 2 out of the 3 main characters.

There are two types of collectibles in Metro Exodus; diary pages and postcards.

Find all 70 diary pages and all 21 postcards to unlock the ‘Librarian‘ and ‘Old World Pictures‘ achievements / trophies.

  • Diary #62: The one and only diary in this chapter is available in the engineering room with the van, on the desk. It is only available after meeting with the team at the front of the train. After the meeting, you’ll be able to go back past the workbench, past the water tanker, and to the room with the van.
