January 24, 2024 by Kevin Thielenhaus

Don’t know how to catch Legendary Sujimon? Here’s how (and when) you’ll be able to do it.

Legendary — or Kawami — Sujimon are the best of the best in Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth. These all-powerful warriors will appear in Hawaii after completing the Sujimon League and finishing all the Sujimon Arena challenge leagues. You’ll need to 100% all of them to face off against the hardest opponents of all, and the only way to win at that level is by catching all-powerful Legendary Sujimon.

You’ll spot Legendary Sujimon right at the start of the game whenever you use a Sujimon Gacha Machine. There are always three options to select — Normal Sujimon, Japan Sujimon and Kawami Sujimon. Japan Sujimon are powerful by rare creatures you can only get with Japanese Master Tickets, which you’ll steadily earn as you rank up in the Sujimon League. But even after finishing the Sujimon League, you still won’t have a single Master Ticket that works with the Kawami Sujimon option. To earn tickets, you’ll need to complete the toughest challenges in the game.

How To Get A Guaranteed Legendary Sujimon

While most Legendary Sujimon are random — there is one way to get a guaranteed Legendary Sujimon. The guaranteed Sujimon is Kazuma Kiryu (Resurrected Dragon) — he’s a Dark-Type Sujimon with a powerful attack and a Legendary Skill.

  • How To Get Kazume Kiryu (Resurrected Dragon) Legendary: Complete the main story. After the credits roll, save your Premium Save Game File.
  • Reload the Premium Save File to gain several bonuses — one of the bonus rewards is the Kazuma Kiryu Sujimon.

The Legendary Sujimon will appear in your Sujimon League Roster automatically. Add him to your team to start using him right away. He’s incredibly helpful for the final challenge. At this point, you’ll also be able to hunt rare Legendary Sujimon. Here’s where to find them.

How To Catch Legendary Sujimon

Legendary Sujimon are god-like unique Sujimon that are only available through two methods — they can appear randomly in Raids or can be earned through Master Tickets. Japanese Master Tickets don’t work here, you’ll need tickets with unique names like Ominous Master Ticket. These can be used to earn a guaranteed free Legendary Sujimon from any Gacha Machine.

  • How To Find Legendary Sujimon: Legendary Sujimon appear in raids randomly after defeating the Sujimon Champion in the Sujimon League. Once King has been beaten, check your Raids & Rivals map in the Sujimon League menu. Look for a gold crown near a Raid location entry. This means you’ll find a Legendary Sujimon at this location.

Legendary Sujimon must be battled with your standard team — this is NOT a Sujimon battle. Legendary Sujimon are always at least Level 60 making them some of the toughest opponents in the game.

  • NOTE: I recommend reaching at least Level 53 before attempting to fight Legendary Sujimon.

These are post-game enemies and we recommend waiting until after you’ve finished the game. If you want to earn them earlier, play through the Hawaii Haunt dungeon and reach the Tier 4 Extreme level to fight enemies that are level 50+.

  • How To Get A Master Ticket: Defeating a Legendary Sujimon in a raid will earn you a Master Ticket you can use at any Sujimon Gacha Machine. These special Master Tickets are used at the Kiwami Sujimon menu.

Defeating a Legendary Sujimon in a raid will give you Master Ticket. Each Legendary Raid Outbreak also rewards you with a Master Suji Gift and 12+ Crystals. Master Suji Gifts are the best types of gifts you can get — and they’re extremely rare. Later in the game, this is also one of the better methods for farming crystals.

Legendary Sujimon are required for the final Sujimon Arena challenge. You’ll need a team of x6 Legendary Sujimon for a hope to complete the final challenge. You’ll need to complete the Sujimon League, then reach Level 55 or higher before you’ll even get a chance to catch to catch the craziest monsters in the game.
