During Mission 11: Attack the Watchpoint in Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon, players are tasked with making their way to the center of the titular Watchpoint facility and destroying its core. Standing outside the building housing the core is Sulla, an independent AC Pilot mercenary who seems to have some history with Handler Walter. While this does raise a few questions, you have a job to do, and getting through Sulla is the only way you are going to be able to complete it. This guide will tell players how to defeat The Sulla Boss Fight in Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon.

How To Beat The Sulla Boss Fight In Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon
Sulla uses a quick AC that will constantly attempt to be on the move as he uses his variety of weapons to lock you down and do consistent damage to you. He uses the 44-141 JVLN ALPHA Detonating Bazooka, the HI-16: GU-A2 Pulse Gun, and the Vvc-703PM Plasma Missile Launcher. Sulla’s weaponry can be hard to avoid with the Pulse Gun covering a lot of your movement options and the Plasma Missile Launcher can track you very well with its three consecutive shots. This is where a quicker body build will come in handy, as will your own Plasma Missiles and melee weapon. These both do a good job of building ACS stagger from both far distances and close up while any form of gun like the Rifles or Pulse Gun will provide consistent pressure to keep the meter from dropping.
Sulla’s quick movement can be a bit difficult to get consistent hits on, especially with guns as his speed will level slow-firing weapons in the dust. I suggest using a light AC build yourself in order to keep up with Sulla and rely on Back Unit Missile Launchers that have strong tracking. Some that I suggest include the Vvc-70VPM Plasma Missile Launcher, BML-G1/P03VTC-08 Vertical Missile Launcher, and BML-G3/P05ACT-01 Active Homing Missile Launcher. Also, make sure to bring a melee weapon like the HI-32: BU-TT/A Pulse Blade and Vvc-770LB Laser Blade to do massive ACS stagger damage as well as Direct Hit damage when he is staggered.
Sulla’s attacks all travel straight, meaning none of them have to go up before tracking you. This means you can use the environment as cover, like using the ledge between the water beneath the bridge and the area facility’s floor or the cover provided by objects in the water and the supports of the bridge as ways to avoid incoming damage.
Once he is staggered, use all of your weaponry to tear through his health with Direct Hit Damage. If you are able to stagger him when he is close to some of the cover found in the water of the combat arena, you can use your charged melee attack to get him stuck against the cover and use it as a chance to do a lot of damage. Eventually, he will get out of his stagger state, so repeat the process of building his ACS meter until he is killed. Once Sulla is defeated, you will earn a Gold Combat Log and can now progress further into the level.
Be aware that Sulla is not the only boss in this level with the Mission concluding with the BALTEUS boss fight. This is an extremely difficult fight so while I provided some suggestions for your build, you should also be prepared to fight this second boss as well.
