Unfortunately for you, Shemhazai, The Whisperer has random elemental resistance and as such, its best that you avoid using elemental weapons. The boss also likes to cast spells so it’s best to try and send out a Dispel quickly.
The fight will also likely bring plenty of Disease and as such its best to have a few Remedies on hand as you go through the battle. One thing to take note of is that when Shemhazai, The Whisperer’s HP drops to 30% the boss will be able to use Ready Chain Magick where there will be a few high-level Black Magick Spells being cast.
