Because Garuda is a boss that flies around, you won’t be able to use physical attacks against it. Instead, you should be using magicks against it. It’s worth noting that Dark Magicks deal the most damage against the boss.
Additionally, players may find Eksir Berries to be of use as they will lower Garuda’s health and attack power. In order to get these berries, you’ll have to complete a side-quest known as Urutan Eater.
