- Blueprint #16: Small-Scale Combustion Refinement – Go to the Winslow Store down the street from the blocked-off entrance into the Grand Palace. Collect the Shopkeeper’s Apartment Key from the cash register.
- The apartment is found to the left of the Grand Palace entrance barricade. Find the blueprint on the third floor workbench.
- Blueprint #17: Blade Conversion – Enter the private study in the third floor of the palace. There’s a dimly lit office with a fireplace and painting on the mantle, with a desk to the left. Check the cabinets facing the stairwell — the one with the crocodile creature displayed — and open the right-most cabinet.
- Blueprint #18: Folded Galvani Resin – Open the secret door to the Inner Vault (go down the stairs on the right from the main dining hall and press a button in the shelves to the left of a conspicuous wall) — the blueprint is on the meeting room table.
