Mission 3: The Good Doctor

• Blueprint #3: Combat Sleep Dart Formula – Locked in a safe on the second floor of the Institute. Find it in the front-right corner of the building. Enter the lobby and Far Reach / Blink up to the interior balcony, then turn right. Enter the office and find the safe code note on the desk. Turn left to find the safe.

• Blueprint #4: Mercury Vapor Distillation – Get the key from the small tray behind Joe Hamilton on the second floor. With the key, head up to the top of the stairs around the elevator. At the top, unlock the door (behind the arrow trap) to get the blueprint from the workbench in Hamilton’s quarters.

• Blueprint #5: Dispersed Incendiary Release – Inside Dr. Hypatia’s lab, find the blueprint to the left of the bloodfly autopsy, where Dr. Hypatia is working when you first enter. Don’t talk to her assistant before taking this blueprint.
