- Bonecharm #1 + #2: Two are found in the locked room on the ship. Find the key by pick-pocketing Meagan Foster.
Mission 9: Death to the Empress
- Rune #1: Sold by the Black Market vendor for 400 gold.
- Rune #2: Get up to the balcony on the third floor of the Dunwall Courier building. Cross the ledges and balconies along the right side of the street until you reach an open apartment door. Hatters and Witches occupy the inside.
- Find the secret Outsider Shrine by interacting with the barometer on the wall.
- Black Bonecharm #1: Climb the rooftops to the right of the tower entrance. Go up until you reach the former safehouse exit — it is now blocked. The bonecharm is found in the sideroom, on the pipes near the ceiling.
- Bonecharm #1: Located in the corner of the greenhouse in the palace private gardens.
- Bonecharm #2: Use the pipes to reach the back of the boat house at the far end of the private gardens.
- Rune #3: Hidden under the catwalk in the Pump Room to the left of the interior entrance.
- Bonecharm #3 + Corrupt Bonecharm #1: Found on the corpse of the High Overseer, displayed on the steps just as you enter the palace interior.
- Rune #4: Found in the security room in the palace interior. Look on the pipes to the left, above the whale oil refueling station.
- Bonecharm #4: In the back-right mannequin room, on the upper floor of the inner palace.
- Bonecharm #5: Found in the washroom to the right as you climb the stairs to the upper level in the palace interior. Use the room with the Delilah statue — jump to the high vent to crawl into this blocked room.
