Mission 3: The Good Doctor
- Bonecharm #1: Found directly beneath the track platform. Drop into the water below the tracks, then Far Reach / Blink to the rocks under the station.
- Bonecharm #2: Under the front desk in the lobby. Hard to miss.
- Rune #1: Left from the lobby, enter the dining area to find this rune mounted to a mirror.
- Rune #2: On the third floor, find this rune in the room with the Bloodfly hive. The rune is found directly on the hive itself.
- Bonecharm #3: Deeper into the Recuperation area on the third floor, crawl through the tanning machine to get inside a blocked room with this bonecharm.
- Corrupt Bonecharm #1: Exit the doors at the back of the Recuperation area (3rd Floor) and you’ll find stairs. Go down the stairs and enter the room. Smash the glass and crawl through the window to reach it. The bonecharm is on the desk to the left.
- Rune #3: In the Institute, enter the elevator and select the top floor. When the lift stops, jump onto the top of the elevator and press the big red button on the roof. It’ll go up higher, allowing you to jump and reach the attic above. There’s a hatch to the rooftop here, and a free rune to collect.
- Rune #4: From the attic, turn around and shoot the two counter-weight wires at the top of the elevator shaft. Once broke, the elevator will crash into the basement, giving you access to the underground area. Drop down and look in the office to the left to find this rune on a shelf.
- Rune #5: Start at the fourth floor elevator, then exit out onto the Institute roof. Head right and enter the room down the left interior hallway to find an Outsider shrine with a rune.
- Black Bonecharm #1: Get this on the very top of the Institute rooftops. Use Blink / Far Reach to get to the attic vent opening. Getting up to the roof is tricky, make a quicksave incase you slip off.
