- Black Bonecharm #1: Find it in the second floor studio, across the street from the Winslow security shop. Interact with the vice to set the charm free.
- Rune #1: An outside shrine can be found to the left of the black market.
- Behind the street performers, climb the crates to the rocky ledge with the broken metal fence. In the rocks, there’s a cave entrance that’s been barred up. Cut down the wood boards to find the shrine.
- Rune #2: To the right of the massive wooden gate that leads to the Grand Palace, go to the third floor balcony with the open door. There’s a room that’s infested with bloodflies. The rune is in the washroom, under the sink. This is the same apartment where you’ll find a painting.
- Bonecharm #1: Found under the pillow of the bed in the third floor apartment to the left of the Grand Palace barricade.
- Get the key from the Winslow Shop cash register.
- Bonecharm #2: To the left of the tree at the center of the street square, there’s an open apartment building. Go in through the bottom floor and up to the third floor apartment. The charm is under the sink.
- Corrupt Bonecharm #1: Found in Delilah Copperspoon’s chambers in the Grand Palace. The charm is in the washroom, under the sink.
- Bonecharm #3: Found in the Grand Palace throne room, on the throne itself. Watch out for the security system!
- Rune #3: Located in the First Captain’s office. The rune is locked in the safe.
- Fine the code to the safe in the Duke’s Office on the third floor of the Grand Palace. It’s on the smaller desk with the typewriter.
- Bonecharm #4: To the right of the entrance hall, enter the orgy bedroom — the charm is next to the dead body.
- Black Bonecharm #2: Found on the shrine to Delilah in the secret underground bunker. The door is in the basement — use the button to the left.
- Rune #4: Found in the abandoned underground storage. Access the area by smashing the debris covering the vent cover to the left of the Delilah shrine in the bunker.
