Havoc Game Mode Explained In Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
The Havoc game mode is built off the classic Team Deathmatch mode with the unique feature of Modifiers. While players will be able to use their Custom Classes, there are no Perks, Field Upgrades, or even pre-selected Killstreaks. Replacing these systems are the previously mentioned Modifiers. These game-changers will add some sort of feature or mechanic to the match that will remain active throughout the rest of the match.
These Modifiers will unlock over the course of the game with the first one being activated for both teams right at the start of the game and a new one being unlocked for every player when a team reaches a kill count that is a multiple of 12. These Modifiers can range from changes to the Time To Kill in specific instances to changes in movement.
Below is the full list of all 14 modifiers found in the Havoc mode of Call of Duty; Modern Warfare 2:
- Chain Reaction: Semtex Grenades launch on kill.
