Microsoft’s Games With Gold titles for March have been revealed through an official Spanish Xbox trailer, which you can see above.
Xbox One owners with current Gold subscriptions will be able to download both Lords of the Fallen and Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments for free. CI Games’ Lords of the Fallen will be available from March 16th to April 15th while Frogwares’ Crimes and Punishments will be offered from March 1st to 31st.
Those with an Xbox 360 will be able to download’s Wargaming Seattle’s Supreme Commander 2 for free. The game will be replaced by Gearbox’s Borderlands on March 16th until the end of the month.
The current offers for Games with Gold expiring at the end of February are Hand of Fate and Gears of War 2. Styx: Master of Shadows will no longer be part of the promotion on March 15th when it’s replaced by Lords of the Fallen.
Xbox has been experiencing unusual network problems over the past week, with frequent Xbox Live outages being reported. Hopefully, Microsoft can resolve any outstanding issues affecting Live soon.
As usual, the games offered on Xbox 360 will remain in your account even if your Gold subscription expires while the Xbox One games are only yours for the duration of your subscription.
We don’t yet know the complete list of PlayStation Plus games for next month but Sony has confirmed that Broforce will be one of them. The game won the Vote to Play promotion, beating Action Henk and Assault Android Cactus.
