If for some reason you were expecting Assasins Creed Origins on Nintendo’s Switch, you can put your dream to rest. There will be no Assasins Creed: Origins on the Switch.
In an interview by Gamingbolt with Ashraf Ismail, the game director of the upcoming Assassins Creed title – Ismail was asked if, along with the usual PS4, Xbox One and PC variants of the game, Nintendo’s hybrid console, The Switch, would also be receiving a version of the game. His response was pretty solid, stating that there will be a version for the aforementioned consoles, excluding the Switch.
We’re shipping on Xbox One, Xbox One X, PS4, PS4 Pro, and PC,” Ismail told us. “There are no plans to release it on Switch.”
So there you have it, Switch players will definitely not be receiving Assasin’s Creed: Origins on their console.
