Gravity Rush 2: Side Missions & Challenges | Requirements & Rewards List

January 21, 2017 by Kevin Thielenhaus

Only on PS4: Get geared up with rewards — here’s the full list of challenges and side missions; what you’ll need to unlock them all, and what rewards you’ll earn..

The world of Gravity Rush 2 is packed with optional quests to explore, but not all over them are available right away. Some side missions or challenge missions won’t appear until after you’ve done something specific — like helped a delivery-man make the rounds. Not every side mission gives you a reward, and some of them are pretty lame — but every once awhile, there’s something very worthwhile.

Some side missions are only available during specific chapters, and if you’re hunting for the “Lifetime Service Award” gold trophy, you’ll need to complete every single one of these extra missions.

Basically, we’re going to list every mission, how / when they unlock, and what rewards you’ll unlock. That way you’ll always know what’s up and when. The in-game mission list is useful, but it won’t tell you how to get missions or challenges you haven’t unlocked yet, and definitely doesn’t reveal rewards. Learn all about side missions, rewards and their requirements below.

All Side Mission & Challenge Mission Unlock Requirements

[Work-In-Progress: Check back soon for new updates.]

Optional missions come in two flavors; green Challenge Missions and blue Side Missions. Challenge Missions are graded with Bronze, Silver, or Gold for completion and are completely optional. Side Missions are small story challenges that sometimes unlock new content or continue side-stories for Kat to explore as the game goes on.

Side Missions first appear in Chapter 1: Banga — always check the pause menu and select “Missions” for a quick list showing all the missions you’ve unlocked / completed so far. If you’re worried about 100% completion, make sure you complete all Side Missions before taking on the Story Mission.
