The Ulti-Nature is a unique Auntie Cleo manufactured pistol that shoots globs of corrosive acid. It’s also a totally unique model — a variant of another very, very rare energy pistol called the Ultimatum. These two weapons are very, very easy to miss if you don’t complete a certain quest in exactly the right way, and even if you do complete the quest correctly, you might never realize you can collect the Ulti-Nature.
Here, I’m going to explain how to get the Ulti-Nature step-by-step. It’s one of my favorite pistols, and one I’ve been using even at level 25+. With a few upgrades, this weapon is a beast that sucks the health away from monsters and human enemies alike. Both weapons are contraband; tools you won’t find anywhere else in the Halcyon system, making them one of the few unique guns that isn’t a Science Weapon.

The Ulti-Nature Pistol can be earned during the ‘Vulcan’s Hammer‘ quest in the Roseway Region. Travel to the Roseway Colony interior and find the small lab where Orson Shaw is. Talk to the masked scientist to begin his quest — he wants you to travel to the Auntie Cleo Storage Facility to retrieve a set of blueprints.
Most likely, you arrived in Roseway from Gladys tip during the quest ‘The Distress Signal‘. Gladys wants you to give her three pieces of valuable information — don’t do it! Make sure to give the weapon blueprints back to Orson Shaw and complete his quest.
As a reward, Orson Shaw will give you the unique FORCE Ultimatum pistol. It’s like an energy revolve that packs a heavy punch. FORCE is a company that you won’t find in Halcyon that supplies Earth Directorate soldiers. Seeing as you won’t encounter many soldiers from the Septerra systems, this is a pretty unique find.
There’s also a Unique variant of the Ultimatum. After several in-game days have passed, Orson Shaw will contact you on the Unreliable. Listen to his message by talking to ADA. He’ll ask you to return to Roseway to receive a special bonus — the Ulti-Nature. It’s an upgraded version of the Ultimatum that shoots powerful corrosive blasts.
Both of these weapons are extremely easy to miss. Now you won’t have to worry about missing out on something pretty special.
