Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 is a surprisingly complex little game. It adds a variety of new features that previous titles lacked — you can play optional Rift Trials to earn XP, equip ISO-8 crystals to enhance individual characters, or spend AEP points to upgrade every hero on your roster. There are a lot of weird little features in this game, and a lot of stuff you can unlock as you play.
There are some surprising unlocks that I absolutely did not expect to see in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3.

- 5th Ability Rank Slots: Complete the story on ‘Superior’ Difficulty
- 4rth ISO-8 Slot: Unlock all six Special Nodes in the Alliance Enhancement grid.
Rift Trial Unlocks:
- Lambda Rift Trials: Complete the story on ‘Mighty’ Difficulty.
- Omega Rift Trials: Complete the story on ‘Superior’ Difficulty
Secret Character Unlocks:
- Elektra: Complete the ‘Bad Business’ Gamma Rift Trial.
