New Detail Surfaced Online For CD Projekt Red’s Project Hadar

July 25, 2025 by Dennis Patrick

Little details are better than no details at all.

CD Projekt Red has become a behemoth of a studio. It’s now known for delivering immersive and detailed RPGs to the marketplace. However, as they have continued to gain popularity, it has enabled the studio to expand. There are now multiple offices worldwide, and with them come multiple video game projects. One of which is a title we know next to nothing about, that being Project Hadar.

Project Hadar is just one of several games being developed at CD Projekt Red. The developers are bringing out a new IP, and hopefully it delivers for everyone who’s anticipating it. However, while we don’t have official marketing materials available yet, a job listing may have provided us with a small glimpse into the gameplay experience.

Project Hadar Job Listing Reveals New Detail

Thanks to Tech4Gamers, they uncovered a new job listing at CD Projekt Red. The developers are seeking out a senior gameplay designer. However, it’s essential to note that this job listing clearly outlines what they are looking for.

For Project Hadar, this is a position that could benefit from a designer with experience in action RPGs featuring melee-oriented combat. So again, it’s not too much new information, but there’s enough here to reveal that Project Hadar is keeping up with the RPG experience. And of course, we know that melee combat will play a significant role.

However, we’ll have to wait a bit longer before we actually start seeing anything official regarding this game project. We know that CD Projekt Red is currently working on several projects, including a new installment after Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 4.

Meanwhile, there is new content for some of their previous games right now. For instance, Cyberpunk 2077 has just released its 2.3 update. That added a few new quests and features. Furthermore, The Witcher 3 is soon to receive an update for console players, introducing mod support. However, we’re still waiting to see when that update will arrive.
