Update:
Here’s your last chance to get the latest batch of games at a discount.
Original Story…
Xbox Game Pass is an incredible subscription service. You might be keen on the service if you’re after a collection of video games to enjoy on the latest generation of Xbox consoles. With Xbox Game Pass, you’re opening up countless video game titles to enjoy for a monthly fee. Of course, some games will stay on the subscription service. The releases that are under a Microsoft first-party development team will remain on the service. That is unless some licensing issues arise, which could lead to a game being removed. In fact, that happened not too long ago with Quantum Break, which saw a removal from the service until the licensing issues were dealt with.
With that said, there is a collection of video game titles that will be removed due to being third-party. When the deal runs its course, there is the removal of the game from the subscription service. So, knowing what games are being removed is pretty crucial if you don’t want to lose out on a game from your backlog. Today, we got the reveal of this month’s first wave of games being added to the subscription service. But this also comes with the announcement of games being removed. Unfortunately, quite a few titles are being removed this time around.

That is a total of nine games being added into the mix of leaving Xbox Game Pass this September 15, 2023. Hopefully, there’s nothing here that you didn’t quite get to already. However, there is an incentive available to try these games out and even pick them up despite their exit later this month. Each game that is being removed from Xbox Game Pass will see a special 20% discount for those that have an active subscription to Game Pass. So even if you didn’t get a chance to play a game or if a title you’re particularly fond of is on the list, you can pick it up with a slight discount.
