Hype points are used to qualify for new leagues and exclusive tournaments.

Get back into the game and rack up those well needed hype points.
In other Fortnite news, we may see a Lord of The Rings Fornite crossover in the future. This comes from a player who was taking a photo on one of the beaches in Fortnite. The person noted that “The Rock Kid” was building a sandcastles in one of the beaches, and that the sandcastle look strangely familiar to a scene in Lord of the Rings.
The only issue with this rumour, is that Lord of The Rings is actually under new management via the Embracer Group leaving the possibility of future collabs up in the air. Due to this new acquisition is it quite difficult to note what the business goals are of the group at this stage.
It looks like for the time being you’ll have to enjoy the Dragon Ball Z collab – something which is coming to an end very soon. For those of you unaware of what’s available in this collab, you’ll have access to Son Goku, Vegeta, Bulma, and Beerus.
If you side more so along the lines of first-person shooters, than maybe you’d be more hyped up for the possible Destiny 2 skins coming to Fortnite. The news comes from a Destiny dataminer called Ginsor who posted an image of some well-known Fortnite skins in Destiny 2. The skins brought into question are Black Knight, Drift, and Omega.
