Are you still looking forward to Heists in Grand Theft Auto 5? That loyalty may soon be rewarded, if this rumor is true.
An insider in Rockstar Games claims that they are still working on Grand Theft Auto 5 storyline DLC. You can read the quote below:
We’ve spent a good amount of time working on the online Heists and the remaster, however we haven’t forgotten about Michael, Franklin and Trevor’s story. It’s going to be monumental!
The source also said that Rockstar would be making an announcement soon, and interestingly enough, they said there wouldn’t be any updates like this if they felt it didn’t add to the whole experience.
We have been covering rumors of Grand Theft Auto for two years now, and many of the rumored DLC is intriguing, and actually had pretty good evidence behind it, but hasn’t been unveiled yet.
These rumors are of particular interest. There were apparently some arena maps, as well as a comedy club, found in the game code. This rumor also stated that this new content would not be making it to PS3 and Xbox 360, so it wouldn’t be out until the game came out on PS4, Xbox One, and Windows.
You know what else has been rumored to come to the game? Zombies. This, along with assassination missions, a casino, etc.
How do you feel about these rumors? We do know Rockstar has been public about using DLC to extend the game’s lifespan, so will this get you to come back or keep playing? Share your thoughts with us in the comments.
