Activision has taken to Twitter to announce a new release date for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s Season Four.

Infinity Ward has revealed that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone’s Season Four will be released tonight June 10 at 11 PM PDT. Not much about the new season is known, however, Infinity Ward has released a new trailer hinting at what might be included in the new content drop. Read more about this news here. In short, players can expect new weapons, maps, and operators in this new season of content that will kick off tonight.
The Season Four download is going to be large, but once installed the file will be compressed to a small 4 GB file, according to Communications Manager at Infinity Ward, Ashton Williams.Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s Season Four launches tonight on June 10th at 11 PM PDT.
In related news, earlier this week a new leak suggests that Call of Duty 2020 will take place in the Cold War era. In addition, the game is also supposed to set in the Black Ops franchise which is very intriguing. Nonetheless, none of these leaks have been verified, so take it with a grain of salt.
