As if NetherRealm's upcoming fighter was lacking characters in Batman's universe, we can now pencil in Killer Croc as one of the characters in Injustice: Gods Among Us.
Creative director Ed Boon, confirmed the lizard man's involvement by tweeting the screenshot, which you can see above. It shows Killer Croc holding Flash by the head while Penguin and the Riddler are watching in the background. Speaking of the two Bat-villains, we're not sure if they will also be playable characters, or just background ornaments at this point. If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say it's the latter since we already have a glut of characters from Batman's universe at this point.
Boon also added, "What's this? Killer Croc? Riddler? Penguin?" which doesn't shed light on things, sadly.
From the looks of things, Killer Croc will most likely be a bruiser in the game, which puts him in Solomon Grundy and Bane's class.
