Breath of the Wild – How To Solve All Shrines | Lanayru Walkthrough

March 9, 2017 by Kevin Thielenhaus

On WiiU & Switch: See how to beat every single shrine in the Lanayru Tower Region. We’ve got locations, solutions, and optional chests.

Table of Contents – Lanayru Shrines

  • Ne’ez Yohma Shrine
  • Rucco Maag Shrine
  • Kaya Wan Shrine
  • Sheh Rata Shrine
  • Daka Tuss Shrine
  • Dagah Keek Shrine
  • Shai Yota Shrine
  • Soh Kofi Shrine

Kah Mael Shrine – Drop and Rise

This shrine is located in the Lanayru Sea, east of the Akkala Tower Region coast. There are four islands east of Kaepora Pass. This shrine is on Tingel Island, the north-most of the four islands. Start from the shore at Davdi Island to work your way to Tingel.

On Tingel Island, drop an Octorok balloon onto the heavy stone slab to reveal a cave where the shrine is hidden. There are plenty of Octoroks on the island to grab these useful balloons.

To complete this puzzle, use Magnesis to grab the metal barrel. Use it to get Link onto the raised right scale. Look up above the scale to spot a hidden metal block hanging from the ceiling. Remove all weights from the scales, then drop the large metal block (using Magnesis) onto the scales to send Link flying. Use your paraglider to reach the altar.

  • Optional Chest: There’s nothing special here. Use the same trick and paraglide to the chest from the right scale.
