Shai Yota Shrine – Shai Yota’s Blessing
To reveal this shrine, you’ll have to complete the “Master of the Wind” side quest. Talk to the Ruto musician in Horon Lagoon to start the quest. To succeed, go to the large rock he points out in the lagoon — there are lots of crabs and luminous stone ore deposits in this u-shaped rock.
Use bombs to destroy all the weak rocks in and around the U-shaped rock until a very strong wind is blowing toward the landing pad. When the wind is strongest, use it to paraglide to the landing pad. Make sure you land with the paraglider still in your hands to complete the quest.
There’s no puzzle in the shrine itself. Go ahead and grab the chest and use the altar once you’re inside.
