There has by a seismic shift in the achievements / trophies of Titanfall 2. Instead of the previous game’s multiplayer focus, there is now a total focus on the singleplayer side of things. That doesn’t change the fact that Titanfall 2 is a multiplayer game at heart, but if you’re all about earning achievements or trophies, this 100% completion is going to be much easier to deal with.
And this is where you’ll find every achievement / trophy guide on Gameranx. From the simple to the complex, anything that involves an unlockable challenge will appear here in the list below, with the aim of helping you unlock 100% completion. If you’re ready to take the plunge, we’re ready to offer some times.
Speaking of 100%, if you’re curious about loadout options and customization, check out our Titanfall 2: Weapons, Titans, and Kits Gallery, showing off everything you can equip in Respawn’s mech-combat FPS.
Complete Achievements / Trophies Guide | 100% Walkthrough
[UPDATED: The guide is now 100% complete.]
To earn 100% completion on PS4 or Xbox One, you’ll mostly have to complete campaign challenge achievements. No more difficult multiplayer challenges — this is all about the singleplayer. There are only a total of 3 multiplayer achievements / trophies in Titanfall 2, and they’re incredibly easy to unlock. You can play one match and earn all three.
That leaves all the challenge in the campaign. Find our tips for each individual achievement / trophy in the list, and get started on the road to 100% completion, or the Platinum trophy.
- Mark of the Advocate (Platinum)
Earned all trophies
Campaign Challenges – Achievements / Trophies
- The Student… (Bronze)
Beat Pilot Anderson’s Gauntlet ghost recorder time - …Becomes the Master (Bronze)
Place in the top 3 on the Gauntlet scoreboard
What might be your first trophy / achievement challenge is also one of the most difficult. The training gauntlet is a tough nut to crack, and you’ll have to be almost perfect to complete it in time to unlock the “Becomes the Master” trophy / achievement.
- You must complete the course in 33.65 seconds or less.
- Use the Shotgun / Arc Grenades for best results. Accuracy doesn’t matter.
- Kill 15 targets — throw grenades ahead of the 3-target clusters. Only shoot solo targets.
- Never stop moving, and never touch the ground. Continuously wall-run as you shoot / throw grenades to clear targets. Only run on the ground when you absolutely have to (though the low door, and right at the finish line) and practice shooting while wall-running.
It takes lots of practice to get right. If you need further assistance, check out this breakdown video from Youtuber HarryNinetyFour.
- It Was Coming Right For Us (Bronze)
Kill a Caged Prowler in the Wildlife Research Labs
The Wildlife Research Labs (and the Caged Prowlers) are found in Mission 2: Effect and Cause. At the start, you’ll acquire a wrist-mounted time-travel device, allowing you to swap between the destroyed present and pristine past of the facility.
- Go into the Bio Research Room — in the past, you’ll see cages that contain alien creatures in the past.
- In the past, find the Prowler Cage. The four-legged alien paces inside the large display case. It’s at the back of the first room.
- Travel to the present. You’ll see that the glass cage is broken. Jump through the broken glass and stand inside the cage.
- Travel back to the past, and you’ll find yourself inside with the Prowler.
Kill it and this achievement / trophy will pop.
- Annihilation (Bronze)
Kill 25 infantry in 2 seconds as a Titan in the Campaign
There is only one place in the campaign that this is even possible. Go to Mission: The Fold Weapon and select the Legion loadout for BT.
Enter the Fold bunker — take BT past the giant cannon where you separate with your allies and you’ll reach a hallway where BT must crouch to enter. A swarm of soldiers on foot will retreat down this hallway. Don’t start shooting yet.
Follow the gaggle of troopers, slowly crawling after the running group until they all bunch up at the end of the hall. Activate the Legion loadout’s Smart Core super ability and hold down the trigger to easily unlock this trophy / achievement.
If you didn’t get 25, restart to the previous checkpoint and try again.
- Power Slide (Bronze)
Shoot and kill 3 enemies in a row while sliding as a Pilot in the Campaign
[Note: This can also be easily earned in Mission 9: The Fold Weapon, around the start — very easy to earn. Equip the Smart Pistol, run, slide, and pull the trigger. Super easy.]
Start up Mission: BT-7274 and get the first back-up power supply objective. Collect the Sniper Rifle on your way through the mission, and bring it to another area — you’ll eventually run into three troopers standing around a disabled Titan. Get as close as possible and use the Sniper Rifle on all three troopers as you slide.
If you can manage to kill all three with the Sniper Rifle, all while sliding, this achievement / trophy will unlock. If you miss, reload the checkpoint and try again.
- Coup de Grace (Bronze)
Destroy a Mercenary Titan with a melee execution in the Campaign
Mercenary Titans are the “boss” Titans you encounter during the campaign. There are about 5 of these special Titans with health bars. You can unlock the achievement / trophy on any of them.
Once their health bar is down, white flashing bars will appear on the meter. Simply run forward and use a melee attack on the enemy Titan for a special execution animation.
- Hat Trick (Bronze)
Destroy 3 enemy Titans with 1 Core ability in the Campaign
This achievement / trophy can be earned in Mission: Enter the Abyss – Part 1 while you’re on the objective “Take BT’s shortcut to the rendezvous point.” As you progress, you’ll reach an area where a large door will open and three Titan mechs will attack.
Shoot all three titans until they’re low on health. Save your Burst Core — don’t use it until all three Titans are almost dead. Use the Expedition Loadout here. Take all three down to about 1 bar of health.
When the enemy titans are all weak, unleash the Burst Core. Finish all three off while the Burst Core is active to unlock your achievement / trophy.
- Robot Army (Bronze)
Acquire 6 or more friendly Stalkers at the same time in the Campaign
This one can be done on Mission: The Beacon – Part 3. After BT throws you onto the under-construction platforms, you’ll eventually exit the building and reach an large round-shaped exterior area. In this zone, there are three sets of friendly Stalkers you can activate using the Arc Tool.
- The first pair of robots are to the right of the door in the circular area.
- Go through the door, up the steps, turn right and jump the railing to find another pair.
- From this set, jump onto the railing and take the stairs up into a room with one final pairing.
Make sure there are no enemies around while you’re completing this step. You’ll need all 6 Stalkers active at once to unlock the achievement / trophy.
- I know Kung Fu (Bronze)
Shoot and kill 3 enemies in a row while wallrunning as a Pilot in the Campaign
We’ve tried this in plenty of places, but you’re almost guaranteed to earn it near the end of the game during a certain sequence. At the start of Mission 9: The Fold Weapon, you’ll gain the Smart Pistol. This weapon acquires auto-locks, instantly killing any enemies you’re looking it. During this sequence, you’ll do a fair amount of wall-running, but you can get the kills you need just about anywhere.
Just wait for three soldiers to cluster up, wall-run and pull the trigger. It’s just that easy. No skill required.
- You can be my Wingman anytime (Bronze)
Destroy an enemy Titan as a Pilot in the Campaign
See ‘Cowboy Up’ for more details.
- Cowboy Up (Bronze)
Rodeo an enemy Titan in the Campaign
Fighting against Titans on-foot seems like a bad idea, but there is one way you can easily take down solo Titans. Start up Mission 3: Blood and Rust; at the start, you’ll find allied Pilots. Wipe out all but one Titan in the area, then exit BT.
To “rodeo” a Titan, simply double-jump up and onto the top of the enemy Titan. You’ll remove the power cell on the first jump. Every jump after that, your pilot drops a grenade into the hole in the chassis. Keep doing this, jumping on the Titan, and you’ll earn “Cowboy Up” and “You can be my Wingman anytime”.
- Apex Predator (Bronze)
Perform a melee takedown while cloaked in the Campaign
Early in the game, your Pilot will gain the ability to cloak. It’s a constant ability that recharges quickly and can be used anywhere. Simply activate the Cloak and use a melee attack for a special animation — there’s no trick here. You can even accomplish this challenge in-combat.
Using the Cloak, even right in front of an enemy, will still work. If you’re having trouble getting close for melee kills, try turning down the difficulty to increase your survivability.
Titan Core Challenges – Achievements / Trophies
BT-7274 can swap cores at any time during gameplay. If you want plenty of chances to unlock all of these core kills, replay Mission 7: Trial by Fire. You’ll gain the Northstar Core (Flight Core) mid-mission, and have plenty of time to recharge cores / find new targets. Activate your super abilitiy and earn kills with each to unlock the follow achievements / trophies.
Get help finding all the cores with our locations guide here:
The Smart Core is only found during the final mission. Make sure to use it and get a kill before going too deep into the Fold Weapon facility.
- Excessive Force (Bronze)
Destroy a Titan with your Burst Core in the Campaign - Angel of Death (Bronze)
Destroy a Titan with your Flight Core in the Campaign - Fire Everything! (Bronze)
Destroy a Titan with your Salvo Core in the Campaign - I have the Power! (Bronze)

Campaign Collectibles – Achievements / Trophies
There are 9 campaign missions that feature collectibles, with a total of 43 collectibles available. See where to collect them all on our guide right here:
Pilot Helmets are the primary collectible, but you can also discover BT loadouts as you progress. We’ll cover those ASAP as we find them.
- Jack of All Trades (Bronze)

Find 10 Collectibles - Collector (Silver)
Find 25 Collectibles - Every Nook and Cranny (Gold)

Campaign Completion – Achievements / Trophies
Hard is the “Standard” difficulty setting for Call of Duty / Halo difficulty styles, with Master being the truly difficult challenge. We recommend completing the game on Hard first, earning all the collectibles and unlocking challenges — clean-up missed challenges by replaying missions on Regular, then for your second full playthrough, stick to finishing on Master. It can be a challenge, so better to focus on just completing the levels.
- Certified Pilot (Silver)
Complete the Campaign on Regular - Renowned Pilot (Silver)
Complete the Campaign on Hard - Legendary Pilot (Gold)
Complete the Campaign on Master
Multiplayer – Achievements / Trophies
The multiplayer achievements / trophies are surprisingly easy this time around. There’s no trick here — win any type of multiplayer match to gain rewards, then customize your multiplayer loadout for an easy unlock. The character progression system is integral to the experience, so you won’t miss out.
How to Create a Multiplayer Network: Find the Network Tab in the Multiplayer menu -> Select My Networks -> Select Admin to Create a Network.
Networks can be listed under three tags; Social, Listed, or Public.
How to Join a Multiplayer Network: Go to the Network option in the Multiplayer menu -> Select Browse
You can either create your own Network to unlock the achievement / trophy, or join someone else’s.
- So It Begins… (Bronze)
Win a multiplayer match - Lock and Load (Bronze)
Customize a multiplayer loadout - Free Association (Bronze)
Join a multiplayer network
Hidden / Secret – Achievements / Trophies
The remaining hidden trophies / secret achievements are earned simply by completing the campaign once. All are automatic for completing objectives or challenges, and only one can be missed.
- Close Shave (Bronze) Kept Lt. Shaver and Lt. Freeborn alive.
To earn this hidden achievement / trophy, replay Mission 3: Blood and Rust on Easy. Rush into the combat area, and start taking out Titans — your job here is to protect our two Titan allies. Move ahead so the enemy Titans focus all their fire on you, and ignore the AI.
Use your Core abilities to wipe out enemies, and make liberal use of the shield to block incoming fire and launch it back. But, it doesn’t matter that much. On Easy, you can destroy Titans fast enough to make this challenge a cinch. You only have to keep your allies alive until you reach the sewer interior.
